Founder of Pacific Rim Flooring Consultants. With over 30 years of experience in the construction and flooring industry, I’ve built my career from the ground up- starting as a carpet installer apprentice, subcontractor and progressing into project management, overseing projects from initial design concepts and estimating through material procurement, scheduling, installation and final close out.

That experience has given me a unique perspective when evaluating flooring problems. I understand that a successful flooring installation involves much more than the finished product. Proper substrate preperation, moisture conditions, acclimation, installation methods, material, enviromental conditions, and workmanship play a role in how a floor performs over time.

Today, I use that experience to provide professional, unbiased flooring inspections and consulting services for homeowners, contractors, retailers, manufacturers, property managers and other industry professionals.

Iam certified through CFI University and continue to expand my knowledge of flooring products, installation standars and industry practices. My goal is to provide clear, obbjective information that helps clients understand what happened, why it happened, and what can be done about it.
